Junior Strength

Participants will learn how to safely use barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to develop foundational strength and improve overall fitness. These sessions are an excellent way for juniors to build a strong foundation for athletic performance and lifelong passion for fitness.
