IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Changing rooms: Works on improving our changing room floor will begin on Monday 1st December. Disruption will be kept to a minimum. The swimming pool will remain open and sections of the changing room will still be accessible throughout the duration of the works. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause as we work to improve the facility for our members.

Gym Closure: Improving Your Gym Experience 
Work to install a new air circulation system in the gym will commence on Wednesday 17th December and be completed on Friday 19th December. Due to the nature of the works the gym will be closed for these three days.The rest of the site will remain open with classes going ahead as normal.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause as we work to improve the facilities for our members.

Set within the scenic Eirias Park, Colwyn provides a wide range of fitness and recreational facilities for all ages and abilities.

It features a 25m swimming pool with a variety of public swim sessions and a swimming lesson programme suitable for all age groups.

The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and a diverse fitness timetable includes both instructor led and virtual classes ranging from yoga and spin to aqua aerobics, and Les Mills and Hyrox.

Outdoor facilities include an astro turf pitch, an athletics track, and a full-size 4G pitch, all available for private and club bookings.
