“Just a quick note to say how much the young people are enjoying the gym memberships.
They are all so keen and engaging with it.
One young person who really struggles to integrate into groups, stayed behind after the session and went back into the gym to do another workout with the support and guidance from one of our other young people, who then walked him to the bus stop so that he could get the bus home on his own for the first time!”
“Thank you for allowing me to stay with you on Wednesday when you had the Rookie kids from our intensive week for a session with you on the beach. Wasn’t it a brilliant session!!

“What an incredible time our children and young people had last week at our Dens and Slides session in collaboration with Ffit Conwy Leisure Development! From the ever-popular water slip and slide to mud kitchen, water play, arts and crafts, den building and even the parents joining in with the face painting.
The day was packed full of fun, connection and creativity! It was so wonderful to see so many smiley, happy faces enjoying every moment. That’s what it’s all about! A huge thank you to the amazing team at Ffit Conwy – your energy and enthusiasm made it all so special. We can’t wait for the next session!”
“All the sessions have been great, you can really see the difference in their skills from the beginning of winter to now. There has been a good balance between fun and structure and A has thoroughly enjoyed this.
