Important Customer Information: 

Hwb Yr Hen Ysgol, Gym and studio will be closed to the public on the following times and days:

Monday 16th February between 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Tuesday 17th February between 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Weds 18th February between 8:30am – 8:00pm. 

Dyffryn Conwy Leisure Centre gym will be open from 10am on the above days.

We apologise for any inconvenice caused.

 

Hwb Yr Hen Ysgol is a vibrant centre for community fitness and wellbeing.

The facility offers a gym, fitness studio/activities room and a meeting room. The gym is equipped with Technogym cardio and resistance equipment, plus a free weights and stretching area allowing you to work on your strength training and cardiovascular fitness.

The activity room is used for group fitness classes and is also available for hire.
