Tai Chi Workshop

Age Range: 16+

This workshop teaches the Cheng Man Ching 37-posture Yang-style short form. Simple and effective, this form uses the core principles of traditional Tai Chi while remaining accessible for modern practitioners. Regular practice helps develop flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination, while also reducing stress, sharpening mental focus, and supporting overall health and well-being.

Sound Therapy & Breathwork Workshop

This workshop offers a powerful combination of practices that support holistic well-being, helping participants to achieve greater harmony and balance in their lives. Integrating sound therapy and breathwork, it allows participants to experience the synergistic effects. The vibrations from the sound therapy enhance the benefits of the breath work, promoting deeper relaxation and emotional release.
