For those who enjoy group exercise, Llandudno Junction has two fitness studios for instructor led and virtual exercise classes, with a varied fitness class timetable, there is something for everyone!

For parents wishing to workout, there a supervised creche is available (bookable in advance). The centre also has a small meeting room which can be booked and a table tennis available for hire.
