What’s included for 8 - 10 year olds?

- Exclusive Family Fitness classes* for 8–11-year-olds including Family Abs, Family HIIT and Family BoxFfit (*Must be accompanied by a paying adult)
- Discounted racket sports at all locations
- Additional Half Term sporting activities across the County
- 3-day advanced booking via the free Ffit Conwy app or online
- Free use of the Colwyn Athletics Running Track
- WIFI in all Ffit Conwy centres
- No contract period
**Juniors gain access to Ffit Conwy gym facilities from the age of 11 years old

- Unlimited gym access to our state-of-the-art gym facilities at all Ffit Conwy leisure centres.
- Free gym induction and personalised workout programs, plus access to the Technogym app
- Exclusive fitness classes for 11–15-year-olds – Junior Lifting Club (Strength and HYROX)
- Access to Junior SwimFfit at selected Ffit Conwy sites
- Access to over 200 instructor-led and virtual group exercise classes
- Discounted racket sports at all locations
- Additional Half Term sporting activities across the County
- 3-day advanced booking via the free Ffit Conwy app or online
- Free use of the Colwyn Athletics Running Track
- WIFI in all Ffit Conwy centres
- No contract period
Further information (11-15 year olds):
- An induction will be required prior to using the gym.
- Junior members will be able to attend the gym, exercise classes or swim sessions unaccompanied between the hours of 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 2pm at the weekends.
- All Junior Members must be accompanied by a fee-paying adult when using the gym, unless they are attending one of our supervised junior gym sessions (outside the hours stated above).
What are the payment options (11 - 15 year olds) ?
- Monthly Direct Debit: £18.50 + joining fee £15
One off payment options:
- 12 month membership: £185 (12 months for price of 10 & no joining fee)
- 1 month membership: £28.50 (no joining fee)
