HYROX Youngstars

Coming to Ffit Conwy Jan 2026! - HYROX for kids!

The group training sessions combines the classic endurance sport of running with strength and coordination exercises from functional training. HYROX Youngstars sessions replicate the adult HYROX365 training, but with adaptations based on the age and stage of maturation for the different age groups.

The exercise stations are: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull | Sled Drag, Burpee Broad Jump or Frogger Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Lunges & Wall Balls or Squats

 

Sessions for two age ranges:

 

HYROX Youngstars 8-11years

Must book and attend 4-or 6-week programme (two sessions a week) with a mini HYROX competition on the last session.

 

Hyrox Youngstars 12-15 years

(Formerly known as Junior Lifting Club – Hyrox)
In these training sessions, which are bookable weekly, participants will work on improving their strength, speed, coordination and stamina through exercises inspired by HYROX events. This class is perfect for juniors looking to stay active and take on new fitness challenges!
