Gold Conditioning |

LBT Conditioning |
Legs, Bums and Tums combines an aerobic workout with exercises to target the abs and lower body. These classes will include a range of exercises including crunches, squats, lunges and more. |
Kettle bells Conditioning |
This is a strength based exercise class that uses Kettle Bells. The class includes a range of movements using one or both hands to swing, press or pull. It is an easy to follow class that you can take at your own pace and with a weight that suits you. |
Barbell Conditioning |
A Barbell workout done to the beat of the music. Using a moderately heavy barbell participants are coached by the instructor to push them to their training goals. |
Strength & Conditioning |
This is a strength and conditioning based class that uses a variety of different weights including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells as wells as body weight alternatives. The class includes all types of movements such as pressing, pulling and swinging to gain an all over body workout. This workout can be tailored to your own specific goals. |
Stretch & De-Stress |
A session that stretches, lengthens and strengthens the deeper muscles to improve body alignment, posture, movement and breathing |
Box Ffit |
A cardio based workout using boxing moves and partner work. This workout is a great stress reliever and fun way to burn loads of calories |
Gold Circuit |
Station based workout. The stations are designed to be at a lower impact and users are free to work at their own pace. |
Gravity (60 minutes) |
Gravity group training sessions offer great benefits to suit each individual as it’s an efficient full body workout producing fast, observable, body-changing results. It increases strength and endurance whilst improving coordination and balance, increased metabolism and enhances functional performance of daily activities and athleticism.
The ELEVATE Encompass works on an incline, relying on body weight resistance, strengthening the way the body executes daily physical activities working with gravity for a full body class work out. |
Gravity Gold (45 minutes) |
Gravity Gold group training sessions have all the benefits of the Gravity classes, but are done at with less intensity and speed. These classes are ideal for customers who are beginners to Gravity or are just starting their fitness journey. |

Station based workout. Working with time and a number of exercises to achieve a full body workout approach. These sessions may use a combination of HIIT and isolated Exercises such as barbell rows and squats. Ideal for beginners and more experienced users. |

Nordic Walking |
A social outdoor walking group. Nordic walking is a total body version of walking that can be enjoyed both by non-athletes as a health promoting physical activity, and by athletes as a sport. The activity is performed with specially designed walking poles similar to ski poles. |

Pregnancy Pilates (Prenatal) |
You can safely begin an exercise program during pregnancy after consulting with your health care provider, but do not try a new, strenuous activity. We welcome you to attend after 14 weeks and until baby arrives. Each class offers useful movement and mindfulness practices designed to support your changing body with adaptations and modifications based on how you are feeling on the day. Each pregnancy is unique and as such there isn’t a one size fits all approach! You’ll enjoy releasing tension, meeting new people and trying out some relaxation too.
Some benefits include:
- Keeping you strong & mobile throughout your pregnancy.
- Strengthening your core (including pelvic floor) muscles, which equips your body better to cope with the strains caused by the weight of your growing baby.
- Weak muscles can lead to back or pelvic pain. By exercising the deepest tummy muscles that stabilise your back and Pelvis you’ll learn how to manage and sooth discomfort.

Mums & Babies (Postnatal) |
This class is low impact so it’s a great place to start exercising after you have given birth. Focused on restoring your deep muscles, improving your stability and offering pelvic floor support the exercises encourage better movement patterns to help you to reconnect with your body after birth and prepare you for an active lifestyle as a new mum. Suitable from ten weeks after the birth of your baby and once you are fully healed.
