Football Pitches

Conwy has a number of football pitches located at various leisure centres across the county:

Abergele leisure centre

• 11 a-side Astro Turf pitch which can be split into 2 smaller pitches for 6 a-side.

Colwyn leisure centre

• 11 a-side Astro Turf pitch, which can be split into 3 smaller pitches for 7 a-side. 
• This pitch features floodlights so can be used during the dark winter months.

Dyffryn Conwy leisure centre

• Astro Turf available as 2, 6 a-side pitches.

Eirias (known locally as 'the barn')

• Indoor state of the art 3G Rubber crumb surfaced 9 a-side pitch which can be split into 2 x 7 a-side, or 4 x 5 a-side pitches, or for juniors we also offer 4 x 4 a-side pitches.

John Bright leisure centre

• 2 x 11 a-side grass pitches available during the evenings and weekends.
• 1 x Astro-Turf pitch available as 11 a-side or as 3 x 7 a-side pitches.
• 1 x 3G rubber crumb pitch, ideal for 9 a side.
• Pitches are available at evenings and weekends and there are floodlights for use during the darker months.

Ysgol Aberconwy sports centre

• 11 a-side grass pitch available during the evenings and weekends.
• Astro-Turf pitch available as 11 a-side or 3 7 a-side pitches.
• Pitches are available at evenings and weekends and there are floodlights for use during the darker months.
