Les Mills Born To Move™ - Schools

As part of Ffit Conwy’s commitment to support the health and wellbeing of children across Conwy, we are partnering with local primary schools through the Les Mills’ "Adopt a School" programme.

Through the programme, schools have FREE access BORN TO MOVE™ where fitness meets fun – igniting a lifelong love of movement for kids.

What is BORN TO MOVE™?

Think of BORN TO MOVE™ as a box full of energy, imagination, and movement!

Children can:

The sessions are designed and backed by science specifically for primary-aged children and are presented in a fun, engaging format that encourages every child to get involved, regardless of their ability or experience.

How can schools use it?
