New Junior Fitness Classes come to Ffit Conwy!
Ffit Conwy are introducing instructor led junior fitness classes, tailored specifically for 11-15 year olds.
Colwyn Leisure Centre: Monday to Friday, 3.30pm – 4.30pm (starts Mon 26th Feb)
- Mondays - BoxFfit
- Tuesdays - FfitCon
- Wednesdays - DanceFfit
- Thursdays - FfitCon
- Fridays - SpinFfit
This is for a trial period for 4 weeks until 22/03/24. If you enjoy it, please let us know!
We hope to expand the programme further to other centres and be able to offer different times in the future, to accommodate more children across the county.
- £17.35 for Junior Membership (via Monthly Direct Debit - All classes included in the Junior membership)
- £27.35 for one-month membership (one off payment)
- £4.15 per session
