To celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday 16^th September 2026, Ffit Conwy has an exciting offer for members and non-members alike!

For non-members:

• Receive one free gym visit on Wednesday 16^th September 2026
• Join before midnight on Wednesday 23^rd September 2026 and we'll waive your joining fee

For Ffit Conwy Members:

• Bring a friend for free (non-members only)
• If they join before midnight on Wednesday 23^rd September (no joining fee), you will receive an exclusive branded t-shirt.

National Fitness Day Free Gym Session - Terms & Conditions

12. The offer is available on National Fitness Day only.
13. The offer provides one complimentary gym session for non-members at participating Ffit Conwy facilities.
14. This offer applies to gym access only and does not include fitness classes, swimming, health suites, courts, pitches, or any other activities.
15. Each participant is entitled to one gym visit only under this promotion. Multiple entries or repeat visits on the same day are not permitted.
16. All participants must complete an induction (online or in person) and health screening requirements before accessing the gym. 
17. Participants must comply with all Ffit Conwy membership, health and safety, and gym induction requirements where applicable. Terms and Conditions
18. Non-members who attend under this promotion may have their joining fee waived if they purchase a qualifying Ffit Conwy membership before midnight on Wednesday 23rd September.
19. Existing Ffit Conwy members may bring a guest to participate in the free gym session. Members will receive a National Fitness Day T-shirt if their guest purchases a qualifying Ffit Conwy membership before midnight on Wednesday 23^rd September 2026.
20. Only one T-shirt may be awarded per qualifying membership referral. T-Shirts will be able to be collected at your preferred site from Thursday 24^th September 2026.
21. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership promotion unless expressly stated by Ffit Conwy.
22. Participants aged 11 to 15 years may only redeem this offer with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Consent must be provided before the gym session takes place. Ffit Conwy reserves the right to deny entry or participation if satisfactory parental consent has not been obtained. Participation is also subject to compliance with Ffit Conwy's Junior Gym Policy and supervision requirements. Junior Membership Rules (Ages 11-15)
