Beat the holiday boredom - Ffit Conwy's activities are a great way to get the kids moving, build confidence, learn new skills and make new friends along the way!

Sports Camp - Llandudno

Age Range: 5-11

One hour swim play session followed by a full day of fun sport activities. (Activities vary)

Dates and Locations

A variety of sports are planned for each day, however these may change depending on numbers / the group on the day.

Cost: £28.90 per day or £26.55 with Swimming/Junior/Gymnastics membership

Intensive Swimming Lessons

Age Range: 4yrs+

Short concentrated courses designed to accelerate the learning process for swimmers.

Rookie Lifeguard Intensive Lessons

Age Range: 8 -12 years old (Wave 6+)

The Rookie Lifeguard programme is a fun and exciting water safety award scheme.

9:00am - 11:00am every day

Rookie Lifeguard teaches children how to stay safe around water and what to do in an emergency, in a fun and engaging way.

A mixture of swimming, water safety, water polo, diving, floating

Junior Hyrox Youngstars

Age Range: 12-15

The group training sessions combines the classic endurance sport of running with strength and coordination exercises from functional training.

A chance to try out a variety of racket sports (badminton, pickleball and short tennis).

Playing Out Sessions

Age Range: Open for children of all ages.

The play team will be delivering play sessions across Conwy. There will be loads going on at every session from den making, sports, arts and crafts, fire pits and much more. Remember to wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy and we cant wait to see you there.

Have A Go Sessions

Age Range: 11+

Sessions are suitable for young people aged 11+. There will be lots of activities for you to try and a safe space for you to meet up with friends.
