Penmaenmawr Paddling Pool
Surrounded in a stunning area of the north Wales coast just off the A55. With fantastic views of Anglesey and Puffin Island, Penmaenmawr paddling pool is a very popular location for day trippers and locals. The traditional paddling pool has a diamond shape and measures 11m x 8m with a maximum depth of 1ft / 0.3m and also features a waterfall.
Access to the paddling pool can be gained on foot from the main road through an underpass, alternatively if driving limited parking can be located at one end of the promenade.
A cafe is located just 50 yards from the paddling pool, providing a variety of food and refreshments.
The nearby chalets can be hired for the day, please see the café proprietors for further information. A children's park can be found nearby with various items of play apparatus. For added security, a perimeter fence surrounds the park.
