Half-term activities for juniors (11-15)

Half-term-junior

The Ffit Conwy team have organised extra sessions for our junior members this half-term. Click on each centre below to find out what is on at a leisure centre near you!

Cost: included in the Junior Membership (£17.35 per month by direct debit), or £4.35 for non-members.

Timetables

Monday 28 October

  • 12pm to 1pm: racket sports
  • 2pm to 3pm: football, 3G pitch

daily, Monday 28 October to Thursday 31 October

  • 4pm to 4:45pm Junior Lifting Club

Tuesday 29 October

  • 12pm to 1pm: racket sports at James Alexander Barr Tennis Centre (indoor court)
  • 2pm to 3pm: football, 4G pitch

Friday 1 November

  • 5pm to 6pm: junior tennis taster (indoor court)

Saturday 2 November

  • 11am to 12pm: junior tennis taster (indoor court)

Wednesday 30 October

  • 12pm to 1pm: racket sports
  • 2pm to 3pm: football, 3G pitch

daily, Monday 28 October to Thursday 31 October

  • 4pm to 4:45pm: Junior Lifting Club

Friday 1 November

  • 4:30pm to 5:30pm: Junior BoxFit

About the sessions

Junior Lifting Club

At Junior Lifting Club, young athletes aged 11-15 can develop strength, technique, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment.

Our experienced coaches provide tailored training programmes that focus on lifting techniques, safety, and physical fitness. We strive to help juniors achieve their personal bests and foster a lifelong love for fitness.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, join us to build strength, learn new skills, and make friends along the way!

Racket sports

A chance to try out a variety of racket sports (badminton, pickleball and short tennis). All equipment provided.

Football sessions

A safe space to play over half term with friends, unstructured but staffed sessions .
