Information for Disabled Customers

We have a range of accessible services in our swimming pools. We are dedicated to developing and improving our facilities so that we are accessible to everyone in the community.

Our swimming pools have the following facilities and services:

• Ramp access to building
• Wheelchair access throughout all our centres.
• Separate disabled changing areas and accessible showers
• Pool hoist (except Colwyn Leisure Centre where the pool has beach access)
• Disabled Customers requiring access to a pool by use of a sling are required to bring their own sling.
