Eirias Performance Gym

Eirias Performance Gym is a facility that has catered for a number of professional sports teams as well as members of the general public.

The range of equipment available includes:

  • 6 Olympic Lifting Platforms
  • Keiser Functional Trainers
  • Dumbbell Range up to 72KG
  • Indoor Running Strip
  • Functional Training Area


Prior to using any of our Gyms you will be required to complete a pre-activity questionnaire. You will also need to have an induction with a member of our fitness team.
