Ffit Conwy - Pricing Framework

Conwy County Borough Council’s Leisure services is a non-statutory well-being service and also a discretionary spend item for its users.  We have been investing and developing the service over the past few years whilst facing challenging times like COVID and now the cost of living crisis.

Leisure services, like every business, are facing difficult financial times due to increased costs such as salaries, energy and supplies and services.  Leisure services are also acutely aware that the cost of living crisis should be a major influence on our fees and charges from April 2023, to ensure affordability for users.  To find the balance between more income and affordability Leisure Services would like to find the publics views on it pricing strategy and decisions required to ensure income is achieved to keep the service operational.
